As New York’s home for food and beverage innovation, the City of Geneva has established a consortium made up of food and beverage producers, businesses, academia and government to drive innovation and growth in local industry.

CenterState Corporation for Economic Opportunity (CenterState CEO), an independent economic development strategy organization based in Syracuse, was engaged to work in tandem with consortium partners toward the project’s advancement.

The food and beverage industry is one of the largest employment sectors in Geneva. It represents the entire commercial journey, including agriculture, production and processing, packaging and distribution, and retail sales.
